The Committee for Redditch Blues currently consists of Lynda Courts and Nigel Davidson, who took on their roles in July 2009.

Lynda is a Solihull-born Maths teacher, now living in Redditch with her husband and two children. She moved from Northfield to live in Redditch in 1989. All four members of her family travel to every Blues home and away game, having had a season ticket in the Kop for years. Her 80-year-old father also has a season ticket and travels to some away games.

Nigel is a Bromsgrove-born pub owner, who also lives in Redditch with his partner and four girls.
